1. First conversation: we get to know each other and discuss your specialism, your track record and the way you work. Remuneration terms are presented at this stage.
2. Your hunting ground: together we define the roles, types of positions and environments you work on, so that you operate in territory you know.
3. Assignments: we entrust you with the searches that fall within your territory, without spreading you across roles you don’t practise.
4. The Cybermatch method: multi-source research, direct approach and, when the client wishes, tailored technical tests.
