- The Monaco Digital Security Agency (AMSN) is the national authority for information systems security.
- Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data modernised the Principality’s framework. The Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP) oversees its application.
- As Monaco is not a member of the European Union, NIS 2 and DORA do not apply there directly. However, companies working with European groups or clients are often exposed to them.

Do you recruit candidates living outside the Principality?
Yes. A large share of the Principality’s workforce lives in the neighbouring municipalities. From the first conversation, we discuss the practical conditions: commuting, working hours and remote-work options.
How do you guarantee confidentiality?
Every search is conducted through direct approach, with no public job advert if you prefer. The employer’s identity is only disclosed to shortlisted candidates who are interested.
What are your fees?
With Cybermatch Collective, our fee is 20% of the successful candidate’s gross annual salary, charged on success only. For leadership roles handled through executive search, we work on a retainer paid in three instalments (launch, signed offer, end of probation), capped at 28%.
