A market driven by NIS 2
- Belgium transposed the NIS 2 Directive through the law of 26 April 2024, which came into force on 18 October 2024. The Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB) is the national authority.
- Entities in scope must register, implement risk-management measures and report significant incidents. The CCB offers the CyberFundamentals framework to structure compliance.
- In the financial sector, the EU DORA regulation has applied since 17 January 2025.

Do you recruit for roles based in Belgium?
Yes, for local roles as well as European remits managed from Brussels. Meetings take place remotely, or in person when the search requires it.
Can you recruit Dutch-speaking candidates?
Yes. Language is one of the criteria we define at the scoping stage, alongside technical skills, certifications and industry.
What are your fees?
With Cybermatch Collective, our fee is 20% of the successful candidate’s gross annual salary, charged on success only. For leadership roles handled through executive search, we work on a retainer paid in three instalments (launch, signed offer, end of probation), capped at 28%.
